Seven Berlin-based artists join American sculptor Rob Connolly at the completion of his first artist residency and exhibition in Berlin. All these artists have exhibited at LiTE-HAUS earlier and the show will reflect diverse sculptural styles.

The group show includes newly created sculptures by Connolly - a continuation of his “Dolls for Mountain Men” project. Connolly is a multidisciplinary visual artist and filmmaker based between Los Angeles and Toronto. His current practice moves between sculpture, textiles and film to explore the tension between concealment and expression of personal identity. These works reimagine fly-fishing lures as large, textile-based sculptures that explore the quiet intersections of masculinity, queerness and craft in rural life.
