LiTE-HAUS presents a group exhibition featuring the students of the Robert-Koch-Gymnasium in Kreuzberg, coordinated by artist/teacher Carlo Nordloh. The project was funded in part by the Berlin Senatesverwaltung für Bildung, Jugend und Familie.

LiTE-HAUS owner Debbie Davies worked with the students to guide them as they learn about the operations of an art space and how to produce a multimedia group exhibition.

Each of our three rooms will display a collection of artworks and photos based on different themes.

DISCONNECTED

How has the pandemic disconnected us from people, places, activities, and things we love? Using personal mementos, texts and found objects the students open their hearts in this visual storytelling.

I SEE IT NOW HOW I NEVER SAW IT

What happens when we really pay attention to what we are seeing? What holds our attention? This photography exhibition is the result of a year long experiment capturing candid moments and urban landscapes.

BERLIN-ISCH

What makes Berlin easily recognizable? The playgrounds, architecture, bridges, and Spätis are the subject of illustrations created by the students. It's a visual love letter to their city.
