Painter Philip Walters presents his paintings in "Fresh Wind" which explores social change and cultural identity. A central work, a portrait of a white man in Arab clothing, questions visual attributions of origin and belonging.

​

Despite an urban upbringing, Walters felt a deep connection to nature from an early age, which is represented in his paintings. Travel and intensive engagement with different cultures shaped his artistic vision and inspired him to create works that combine Impressionism and Realism.
