Jolly Kunjappu, is a painter, musician, writer and performer. Born in Madras, India he now lives in Munich and Berlin. His thirst for freedom and peace took him to more than 140 countries learning about other cultures and their way of life. His painting on the Berlin East Side Gallery monument is alongside other paintings from artists with a shared vision of unity. He has written books, composed and performed ballet music for the Munich State Opera and played percussion on the Rolling Stones Album It’s only Rock n‘Roll - and was presented a golden album. He dedicates his art for freedom, peace and future for all.
