This workshop is for artists who want to improve their artist statements for exhibitions. You will work with our curator fellow artists to critique your current statement and edit it. Scroll down for the registration link.

 

We will explore the following:

How do you limit words while best describing your art?

How can you help potential buyers understand your art?

What six points should your artist statement include?

What are the different types of statements?

Bring a hard copy of your current artist statement. We recommend you bring a fully charged laptop or tablet, something to write with, and a notebook.
